For nearly 15 years Foveonics Document Solutions has been a true Document Management Partner throughout all levels of government. New Jersey Motor Vehicle contracted Foveonics Document solutions as a sole source provider of Document Conversion Services. This multi-year contract consists of digitizing MVC’s documents to 16mm microfilm. The NJMVC had over a year of backlog; by outsourcing these services, tax payers of New Jersey are benefiting from a significant cost savings and and a significant reduction in time. Foveonics was contracted to provide boxing, transportation, indexing, scanning and microfilm services for titles, licenses, and registrations. The goal of the New Jersey State Motor Vehicle Commission Imaging Systems Center is to produce and index quality microfilm images of MVC documents in an expedient manner, providing Divisional users with the resources to dispense comprehensive information to public, private, and governmental entities. Initially, Foveonics was contracted to supplement the MVC Commission Imaging Systems Center by providing the necessary support for overflow of documents. Every year Foveonics has increased throughput and has now scanned and indexed over 100 million images with an accuracy rate of 99.9%
